how do these compare to the jaybird x3 null

I like these better. Just a better fit and sound.

After having used both I’d go with Bose Soundsport primarily coz 1. More bass adds to better music quality 2. Fits just right in the ears Downside is low battery life, little heavier feel in the ears than X3

They crush the x2 or x3 Jaybirds, read my review for all of the details. Just search for "Dogue" and you will find my review comparing these to the Jaybirds.

For me the jaybirds did not fit my ears well. Ita a hit and miss. You have to biy them unfortunately and try them for yourself.

I like them much better. Lighter better fit. They do not make my ear hurt after a few hours. Also the charging case is back to a regular micro usb like all other devices. I really didn’t like the one off type charger for the x3
