Hopefully you purchased a service contract for your Bose Soundsport. I find that having the service contract for electronics is always the best way to go.

Check to make sure your headphones are still connected to your device. Press the on/off button firmly, you should hear a prompt giving you your battery charge level. If your headset still won't come on double check to make sure it is actually charged up.

Hello Pinay,

So sorry to hear that! You can try giving your headset a reboot by following the steps below:
1. Turn the headset off and wait for 30 seconds.
2. Plug the headset into a USB power supply via USB cord and wait 5     seconds. (Power supply needs to be plugged into the wall with power on).
3. Unplug USB cord from the headset and wait 1 minute.
4. Turn on the headset and test if the headset works properly.

If this does not help improve, we recommend reaching out to your local Bose Support to discuss your service options.
