Does the warranty is an international warranty? null

I believe that the Bose warranty does cover other countries, this may depend on where you live though. I know for sure there is a European and North American warranty, via Bose's website. I would simply recommend getting a 2-year replacement plan from Best Buy, although these headphones should last you years if you take care of them, so I would not worry too much about warranty's.

I guess so. I called Bose and they were willing to exchange a damaged left ear (static sounds)

Warranties are valid pretty much where you bought the product so if ur sending it overseas as a gift or whatever, you'd only be valid for warranty in the US.
