• My best guess it no, although I have never heard of a Polycom phone. These are not that great when connecting with Windows devices, and are seemingly made more for Apple and Android devices. If your Polycom phone has a headphone jack, I recommend getting the SoundSport headphones that are not wireless, this is assuming Polycom is a smartphone and not a landline.

• Polycom phones are not bluetooth. They are use a mod that plugs in to make them bluetooth. So doubt they will work with this. Plus have to download app from app store to really get all the benefits. Plantronics makes a good bluetooth headphone for Polycom business phone systems.
