Has Bose addressed the quality issues with these earphones? Everywhere I look online says the rubber falls apart and they are not properly sealed for moisture. I need to purchase earphones but don't want to get involved with junk. null

Do not waste your money on this product. The gaskets fall apart, mine did not last 3 months and was not covered under warranty when I tried to file a claim. They labeled it as “misuse.”

These have not fallen, apart I own another Bose product the noise canceling ones and the left ear ripped. I called Bose and they sent another pair to me with no charge. Bose stands by their product, this was closer to the end of the warranty period.

What quality issues? I replaced beats 3x and the brand breaks constantly. I have seen these in disrepair after over a year of use. They sound fantastic, are affordable, and ext warranty is cheap. I have tried 5 brands these are better than most.

Yes have a problem charging and it wont work. Now bestbuy refuse to change it.
