Absolutely - I'm pretty certain this particular Boss head set was spacifically designed to be used in all sports & exercise environments. You will not be sorry you bought this set because they're all about the details of quality. A slam dunk - after I purchased a pair for my one daughter so loved them so much so talked me into purchasing them for my other two daughters & a set for myself. Got to tell ya, just having these ear phones has gotten me back to exercising again. Yes & deedy

However, if the fitbit is bluetooth compatible you should be able to connect them using the bluetooth. I don't see any reason it wouldn't work. To be 100% sure, just go to the Bose website and find the users manual for the product and look for the answer. Sorry I could not give you an exact answer.
