Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the blue light is on, go to settings, then Bluetooth on your phone to see if the headphones are showing up in your Device list. It would say Bose Sound Sport. Tap that with your finger and see if it will connect as long as you have a blue light on the headphones. If the headphones are not showing up in the Bluetooth Devices list, you may want to try shutting down your IPhone and starting it back up on a fresh boot up of the phone and repeat the steps.. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, Thanks for the great question! We would recommend clearing the Bluetooth list from the headphones and trying again. To clear the headphone pairing list, follow these steps:Power off the headphones. Press and hold the Power/Bluetooth button for 10 seconds, until you hear “Bluetooth device list cleared.” If you are still having issues, we would recommend contacting your local Bose support using this link https://bose.life/2qwENj4.
