“When I try to answer calls using earphones, nothing happens. Any idea, why?”

• I press the multi-function button between the + and - when I answer calls.

• You need to answer the call by pressing the center button on the headphone control unit.

• Reinstall the app. Mine worked fine out of the box and phone calls go thru easily.

• All you need to do is push the middle button once and it will answer the phone call.
