• I'm assuming you want to know whether the audio track will sync with the video when watching any video on your mobile device. This was a very important feature for me, and the Bose SoundSport headphones worked very well. While watching videos, I could not detect any lag in audio even during dialog scenes. I use an iPhone 6s Plus with iOS 10 and watched videos with Netflix, Google Play, and Xfinity TV apps.

• My wife uses them to watch YouTube, Netflix and time warner cable on her iPad. So yes they do connect to any Bluetooth enabled device.
