Yes you can turn on mono audio in your iPhone settings Settings
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.) in Settings app go to General > Accessibility and scroll down to Hearing. There's a toggle for Mono audio. I'm deaf in one ear and have found its best way for me to listen to music and hear both channels with a good mono mix in one ear. It makes all audio for any apps mono while it is selected on, mixing both channels into one and playing the same thing through each ear on headphones. I don't believe iTunes on the computer has that option and am not aware of a similar option on Windows computers, but can't speak for OS X.
