“The original launched product had sweat and static issues. They were remade in August/September, i believe, to fix the sweat/static issue. How do I know these are the newer fixed version?”

Tina, I asked Bose that question myself. The packaging changed and it has a different date on it. And I was told that Bose recalled the older Earbuds and put out these new ones.
