“So I go on a school bus and the kids are pretty loud let's say I have my music a little higher than half way can that block out all the extra notice so I can only focus on my music?(thanks any help will do)”

They will block out a lot of background noise so you can listen to your music without your background interrupting your music.

While you can "drown" out a considerable amount of unwanted noise by raising the volume, I would not risk damaging your hearing. You may be too young to appreciate the importance of protecting your hearing. Go with the Quiet Comforts, if you don't mind being hardwired to your phone, and you really want to listen to your music in your own world without the outside noise distraction.
