They have multiple ear bud size, chose and change according to your ear size. mine work perfect

Please try again later.I have not, I recommend returning yours from Amazon and then purchasing a new set at Best Buy with the Protection plan so that you'll always be covered on them. Sometimes unless its Amazon directly a reseller might sell secretly refurbished ones on the site or they might have been bricked by the software update. Either way, I think your set might be defective, hope this helps.

Please try again later.My son had the same issue after a year with the Amazon ones that i bought him so far no issues with the best buy ones and i highly recommend you get the extended warranty that way if anything happens best buy is awesome at replacing the ear buds my son has skull candy head phones that hes broke 3x and best buy extended warranty allows me to replace them or buy up on them .
