That charger isn't required at all, they charge up with pretty anything, but I highly recommend getting it. It's just sweet to have them automatically charged for you every time ,you put them back into the case in one's back back.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't need a charger, any micro USB works - that part is great - all you need is a micro USB and can charge on computer, existing wall charger or anything else that can send power through a USB cable.
