Yes, as long as the helmet isn't over the ear. If they are over the ear they should still fit. They stay snug during the toughest of work outs.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hadn't thought about this as I'm a bit leery of limiting my hearing while riding a bike. Have only had these for 2 weeks so haven't actually ridden with these. But I just tried them on with the 3 different helmets I have, (Trek, Bell, Giro) and didn't have any problems. The headphones do stick out a ways from my ears but the helmet straps are behind and in front of my ears so there's no significant interference.
