Yes. I find the calling features work very well. I typically only use one ear piece, but find that you need both in your ears to hear and for your caller to hear. I do appreciate the caller ID feature, as well. It actually says the name, if you have the contact name saved or calls out the number of you don't have a number saved.

While listening to music, I heard the ring tone, clicked on the in-line control and answered the phone. When the call was complete it went back to music when the other person hung up or if I had pushed the in-line control, again. One thing to note is that if I was not initially listening to music, but the earbuds are paired, my iPhone asked which audio I wanted to use to talk on the phone. I just touched Bose SoundSport & I was good to go. After answering a call regularly & then wanting to use the earbuds, it was the same process once the earbuds automatically paired.

They even do a good job of not transmitting outside noise through the microphone. My wife could not hear the tapping of my keyboard as I was talking to her.
