I had the same problem. Talk to their customer service. It was pretty easy (and free shipping) to get a replacement set. That having been said, my second pair also had the same problem.

You may be able to "reset" the unit, but as it is under warranty I'd call Best Buy and/or Bose. No sense in messing around.

I’ve only had mines for about a month. When I listen to a lot of music, I noticed that it drains the battery fast. I really don’t care for the battery life of my sound sports. I read the reviews, prior to my purchase... and that IS a con to these headphones. My Beats has a better battery life.
