• It depends whether TV has bluetooth option, or connected via bluetooth transmitter and receiver or TV is connected to apple tv or fire tv. Rather than enhancing we can feel the bass and some details which we can miss from sound from TV

• Easily better than the speakers on any TV. Probably not going to sound better than a sound bar with a sub woofer.
