• They work with both Bluetooth and NFC connections. I connect them to my desktop PC using Windows 10 and Bluetooth, so I don't see any reason why they wouldn't work with a Windows phone.

• Well, there's no app to control this earphones for WIndows Phone, but you can connect them as normal bluetooth ones. The quality is not really on the phone (unless it has Bluetooth 2.0 or less), but in the earphones and the audio you have
