We're sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulty with your SoundTouch 20 Wireless Music System, DrPete. There may be some interference between your system and home Wi-Fi network. We would recommend first trying a product reset. Please unplug the system's power cord for 30 seconds, then reconnect it. A progress bar will appear on the display while the system resets.
