So far, the best compact speaker I've bought. It's a bit pricy, but if you're as demanding with critical audio frequencies as I am, the item is priceless. I use it in the corner of my room as it is recommended by Bose. Its treble clarity and bass sorounds the entire room at every angle--enough to make you stand up and freestyle, hip hop, or chill out out with easy listening tracks. All in all, in my opinion, Bose has retained its name through years of research as opposed to similar competitors who blow up their prices and try to provide you with lower sound quality.

I researched before I bought, waited until it went on sale, then used my reward zone points for more money off, sales guy showed me in cali when I was browsing looking for the older model, the one the iPod sits on, cause my kids cracked it, but nobody will fess up, so he took my iphone and synced the bluetooth, I was HOOKED it sounds sooo sic, love it, bass is sic, new words on front, can preset my itunes library, and stations from back home since Im in wa state now, it sounds GREAT! I have BOSE in my maxima so I loved BOSE for awhile now.

It plays preset Internet radio stations with a glitch. I can Bluetooth my own music to the device or use the audio jack. I have enjoyed it the 5 minutes it took to set it up.

I purchased the SoundTouch 20 because I needed a new stereo. And I was surprised by the immense sound that it produces. The app works well and it sounds just as good playing through Bluetooth. I would highly reccomend.

I loved it so much I bought 2 and gave 1 to my daughter. It has a great sound. I love to exercise to the iPad and hear the sound through the speaker.

Sound quality is very good. Even you can handle the speaker by Sound Touch app. Much better than Soundtouch 10.

I was looking for a small speaker with bluetooth functionality that could fill a 16x22 space with high quality sound. After doing a lot of reading online and testing various speakers in stores with the same functionality and price range, I decided to purchase this speaker and it fulfilled all my needs. It is very easy to setup and, most importantly, creates amazing sound for its size. If you care about sound quality, if you like hearing all the nuances in a piece of music, if you like hearing all the lows and highs clearly, if listening to music is a whole experience in and of itself for you, and if you are looking for a compact solution, this speaker is for you.

I am a Bose fan and when I found out that they have wifi speaker, I was hooked. I use my Soundtouch 20 every day. But let's be fair and compare its features. The presets are nice feature, where you don't even need to have your phone around and you just need to press the preset to listen to your playlists. Note that it only store 1 playlist into each preset number. Bluetooth is nice. I connect my Lenovo Horizon 27 All-In-One PC to the speaker via bluetooth. Every time I turn on my computer, or wake it up from standby, it connects to the speaker right away. (Also a bad thing when I'm listening to my Spotify, the music was interrupted and it connects to the PC which has no sound yet, until you play something. If I want to go back to my Spotify, I just hit 1 of the preset number). The remote is a good thing to have. You can press 1 of the 6 presets, pause music, or skip to next song. It does not need direct contact to the speaker to work. I have not tried the Airplay feature yet so not sure how it works. It has a AUX connection, which is good to connect your TV or other source to the speaker. And don't forget, this one has the quality sound, which is expected from Bose. You can adjust the Base from the controller App. No treble adjustment, however. No distortion when turn on max. It is overall a nice sound in a nice package. Now my only problem is to fork out $200 for another Soundtouch speaker :-(

I ended up buying the soundtouch20 is I needed to replace my Bose sound dock. The only thing I'm disappointed with is that it doesn't have a rechargeable battery power source. I really am enjoying the wifi feature with the preset channels. I also like that I can charge my devices with it. I can also connect with Bluetooth or direct with a patch cord. Very nice being able to use a remote control. I'm still learning how to use all of the available options it has. The sound quality is great as all nose products are. More and more each day I discover new things and really enjoy my new stereo. Thanks Bose. Please keep me posted if you ever add a rechargeable battery!!!

I love this sound touch 20 music system it's amazing sounds clear and full. I actually was surprised on how much bass comes from this system once I tested it out in the store I was sold instantly I love the fact that I can control it from my phone through bluetooth I have the sound touch 30 and 2 of the sound touch 10s through out my house if you're wanting A whole home music system this is defently worth every penny you go through one room and the next and here full rich music EVERYWHERE!!

Very easy setup and pairing with iPhone, MacBook and iPad for playing music. Deep bass, great mids and highs with nice detail. Easily moved from room to room thanks to the hand grip on the back. Very nice looking unit, small size, but big sound. Remote is very handy. Just go buy it, you know you want it!!

I had done a lot of homework on the Soundtouch 20 & 30 online, the Bose factory store & Best Buy. (The 10 is pretty weak.) The Best Buy reviews made me gun shy. However, the main reason I never bought it is because it was wifi capable only & I like to play songs on my Ipod. When I went back to Best Buy the last time, they had the new Soundtouch 20 III & 30 III, which also has Bluetooth. I bought the 20. It's GREAT. The 30 truly has far BETTER sound, but it's very heavy (18 lbs). I wanted something that could easily be taken out on the deck, to the garage and on trips. The 20 has a convenient handle. I was afraid the sound would be lost outside on the deck, but it wasn't. I'm not sure why there's any negative reviews on this product? Every Bose product I have had has been terrific. I think it's a tremendous product and I would truly recommend it to anyone!

Bose fan or not, this network, bluetooth speaker delivers. This Soundtouch 20 branded Bose give Sonos play:3 speakers a run for the money. Priced comparably the choice is yours. However the unique difference between the two is that the Bose can connect Bluetooth and provides 6 easy on board preset buttons to control your favorite listening stations without having to access an app on your device as in Sonos. Have since bought (4) sound touch 20s to play networked music through the house. Excellent sound and great connectively. Give them a try!

This product has very good lows, mids and highs with a lot of detail in the music. Easily portable and the settings for the streaming services are easy to setup as are the connections to bluetooth devices. I have a new Netgear router that supports AC levels and multiple bands. I have had a problem with the wireless connection from the router to the SoundTouch 20 when streaming music. I use Apple Music and it works just fine with my MacBook Pro and a wireless connection to the router, but when connected to the Bose wirelessly it ocassionally drops the connection for 1-2 seconds. Checked the Bose forum and they suggested changing bands from 2.4 to the 5 megahertz band. That did improve the connection, but there are still some occasional drops in the connection. Nothing else on the band with the Bose, so not a problem of over saturation of the band. Same problem with my iPhone connection.

I have always been a big fan of Bose products and the Bose SoundTouch 20 Series III is another great product. The sound is outstanding and I love the Bluetooth. I have been waiting on this one and am very satisfied with the product. Odering from Best Buy was quick and easy and as usual delivery was fast.

This product sounds great and was very easy to set up. It paired easily with my wi-fi so I can stream Pandora and Sirius XM.

Great sound, easy setup, Bluetooth from my IPhone is great! Internet music is also much more enjoyable than I expected.
