• If the earbuds are refurbished, they will state refurbished in the description just like they do when they sell refurbished computers. I have never seen Best Buy sell refurbished earbuds, but if that's what you are looking for, I would call them and ask if they even sell refurbished earbuds, or stop by the customer service desk.
