• I own both kinds. The sound true are noise cancelling and you cannot hear what’s going on around you or if someone is talking to you. The sound sport are awesome too but you can still hear if someone is talking to you.

• I believe the soundsport have some weather/moisture resistance. Depending on your activities, you may want the weather resistance.
