• They work in these apps with the iPhone if you buy the one made for Apple. If not and you are using android ones they will work the pause and play but no other controls work. you want to make sure you get the right ones for YOUR device Android ones do not work well on Apple and Vice versa.

• Yes I was able to use the remote for Spotify. I'm able To use it on my iPhone and iPad.

• I use the remote with most of my apps and it works fine, Most of the time it will work, if it doesnt it could be because you have many audio apps open or video apps.
