It connects to the TV via HDMI. It does have bluetooth for the option of playing music from your phone. Not sure if that works for the TV or not.

A Soundbar 500 or Soundbar 700 is required to connect to the Surround Speakers. The Surround Speakers cannot connect directly to your TV via Bluetooth.
