“How can I adjust the volume on Bose module 500 ? Its connected to the Bose TV speaker soundbar. I used remote but it's still very low. I bought them together cause it said compatible but the Bose music app told me they are not. Is there any other way ?”

It is adjusted by the Bass button on the remote, please refer to the short guide here https://bose.life/3dgzDFg on how to adjust the tone settings.
