Q: QuestionI use firestick to control the soundbar and tv. The sound bar goes to sleep after a period of time and when I turn the tv on, the soundbar does not wake up. I have to find the bose remote and turn on Can't figure out setting to stop this. Help please

• A:Answer The Soundbar can be connected by HDMI ARC or Optical to the TV. Once connected you'd need to make sure that the sound settings are set for the Soundbar and you'll get audio.

Q: QuestionHow can I adjust the volume on Bose module 500 ? Its connected to the Bose TV speaker soundbar. I used remote but it's still very low. I bought them together cause it said compatible but the Bose music app told me they are not. Is there any other way ?

Q: QuestionI hava a Bose Cinemate 1 SR and the soundbar won't pair with the acoustimass module. It cost $174 to send it in and its getting up in years. Just wondering if I can just buy the soundbar and it pair with the module and work.
