Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may have them connected but just not adjusted. Install the app on your phone and then you can adjust the sound level separately to increase the volume. You do have them plugged in correctly I would assume.

Please try again later.After you power on the soundbar, you have to press the SoundTouch button on the included remote and press and hold 7 until you see the lights on the soundbar light up. You'll hear tones similar to the one that let's you know that a Bluetooth device connected, but it will come from the wireless speakers indicating that it successfully paired to the soundbar. If you already got it set up (given that it's been two months) then great! If not, give this a shot. If this still doesn't work, then you may want to contact Bose directly to see what is going on with your speakers.
