As far as I know when you buy any stereo for old cars you need to buy an adapter so you will be able to keep the steering wheel controls, best buy guys will let you know which one you need and the cost are around 30's to 60's

The Boss Audio product is far inferior to Kenwood products priced similarly. The control functions were unresponsive and the Apple CarPlay was hit or miss, with or without using the Bluetooth feature.
