“I have a Neato Botvac Class 1, PN 905-0079. It came with a SC3600 mAh battery. Which battery do I buy to replace it? The 945-0129 battery is for 4000mAh and lists Botvacs with numbers behind it, which mine doesn't have. Will it be too much power for mine?”

It looks like you have the very first neato Botvac like I do. It’s model number 70 E with your same Model Number 905–0079. I hope that helps and you can simply go to Amazon and search neato bot vac 70 E replacement batteries or parts and it will come up with all your options and yes you do need a 12V 4500mAh Ni-Mh Battery Pack.
