• No. It is compatible only with filter size 52mm lens. I think Canon 18-55mm lens need 58mm lens filter.

• I know they have different diameter sizes. If the one I purchased is not the same yours, it shouldn't be too hard to track down. The make of your lens does not matter, if the diameter is the same, you're golden. Hope that helps.
