• Takes 45 minutes to an hour to assemble and depending if you have right tools. Either get a handy man to do it or pay somebody who assembles treadmills to do it because one mistake could cause the treadmill not to work properly.

• It took me roughly about an hour and I had a 7 year old helping me. Lol. Easy to follow steps and there is a video online if you need assistance.
