• Hi! Thanks for asking. 1. The membership holder should log into their JRNY profile on their supported mobile device and connect to the console. 2. Using the same mobile device from step 1, additional customers should create and or log into their own JRNY profile and then also connect to the console. 3. After doing so, customers will be prompted to log back into their profile in order to receive membership benefits. - Nautilus Team
