Actually I had it set up by the folks who delivered the Bowflex treadmill to me. There seemed to be like 300 screws to insert and the manual dedicated to put the treadmill together was pretty thick and detailed. It took the folks about 15 minutes to set everything up. I am not good with mechanical stuff so it probably would have taken me all day, if I could do it at all. Then you had to set up the software, but that I could have done.
