“How does the speed increase work? Does it increase by 0.10 or 0.50 or 1.00? My Nordictrack has the increase increments by a tenth which is nice.”

Speed increase is from 0 to 12 MPH in 1/10th MPH increments.

It increases by 0.10 if you use the arrows on the lower part of the console, or you can use the number buttons on the right side to increase the speed by larger increments (e.g., moving from 1 to 2mph, or from 2 to 5mph.)
