Please try again later.If your Bowflex M9 is connected to your home WiFi and you receive a message that an update is required, you should see a prompt that asks you to accept the update. If you do not see this prompt, call Bowflex support. There telephone support is really good.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Haven’t had that problem but try to unplug for 5 minutes and replug. I think it’s automatic thru wireless connection.
