• Documented maintenance is documented as: DAILY-Examine before use, use damp cloth after workouts WEEKLY-Check front and rear rollers. wipe to remove dust, dirt, etc. MONTHLY-Make sure all bolts/screws are tight. Tighten if needed QUARTERLY- or after 25 hours lubricate the belt with 100% silicone lubricant. Don't use WD40
