• There are preprogrammed workouts without subscriptions but, it's very very limited. When you subscribe, you have access to all the various types of workouts/videos.

• Yes there are pre-programmed workouts. But you can’t access Netflix or any other networks without a membership. Purchasing the treadmill comes with 1 year free membership.
