A:AnswerFor me, it was hard to put the mount on the vent, and when I took it off to move, i really thought I would rip my dash off. Just my opinion. The mount overall serves its purpose. I have an iPhone 6plus and it holds it pretty well.
A:AnswerYou can swivel it in a location. But behind the adjustable thing you tighten a washer to secure it into the desired position. To leave it unsecure with the lightweight plastic would force the weight of the phone to pull away from the vent and fall. The washer stabilizes the holder and phone.
A:AnswerI use it with my Note 8. It holds it well. It doesn't slip out or anything. The release button in the right side is great for an easy release. My guess is that it should fit ok. There is room on the sides and back of the phone to fit the pop socket. I do not use one however.
