Absolutely. Goose neck is both strong construction and flexible. I used on a 1000 mile trip driving a 15' UHaul truck tons of vibration and bouncing truck suspension. Zero issues with the suction cup mount or angles i needed.

Yes and you can rotate the phone to any angle..Prob doesn't help from 2 years ago. LOL

Yes you can bend it to accommodate whatever angle you need. Also the orientation of the phone can be changed from portrait to landscape.

Yes. The neck is very stiff. You'll need to adjust it before applying the suction cup.
