• It wouldn’t attach to my vents. (Round). Had to attach to glass.

• I struggled with this too. remove the yellow pad with hook. its a hook on the vent piece that u turn to extend and put it on the vent.

• You have to turn the adjustment screw to lengthen the clip to get it to hook onto the vent and then tighten it back up

• The hook attaches to the back of the vent's veins. You then tighten the screw to clamp the device to the vein.
