Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there, thanks for your question. The suction cup and gooseneck are one piece, and will slide up off of the mount with some pressure. Then you can slide the vent attachment into the mount and place the vent clips into your vents. If you still have trouble, please contact us at [email protected] and we would be happy to help.
