• This is used to refill the cleaning unit for Braun Razor Series - 5 and 7. Please see the Braun website for specifications.

• First you have to plug the cleaning system into an outlet, then you have to press the lift button on the left side, then you will have to pick up the cleaning system, and pull down the bottom. then you get your new cleaning cartridge and pull the top off and slide it in the bottom all the way in, then close the housing by pushing it down until it locks.

• The refill fits into the base recharging unit on the Braun electric razors. There is a button on each side of the charging unit...push both at the same time and the case raises up to expose the cartridge. Simply pull the old cartridge out, remove the top on the new cartridge, slide in and push the case back down till it clicks.

• You need to purchase a shaver and charger/cleaner unit (they come together), and then these are the cleaning refills. My shaver's 5 years old now, no signs of wear, using this only once a month (instead of every day like Braun would like).
