• The base is the home charger and while on travel you can just use the cord.

• You can charge it by placing it in the cleaning base. There are metallic contacts that allow the shaver to charge when plugged in. In addition, there's a cord that allows charging directly view an outlet.

• The cord can be plugged into the bottom of the handle or into the back of the cleaning/charging station.

• Why would you need that picture? It's in the box. It's a simple wall adapter and plugs into the charging base or shaver, it's got a coiled cord to keep it neat for travel.

• You can charge the electric shaver by plugging it into the mains using the power cable provided or by placing it in the cleaning station. There is one power cable so it's one or the other.
