Short answer: hair color doesn’t matter. Long answer: it sounds like you were thinking of laser hair removal, which IS hair color dependent and tends not to work on blonde hair. But epilators work as long as there is hair within the length the tweezers can reach for the sill epil 9 that’s between 2mm and 5mm for best results.
