The machine does come with a nice milk jug and plastic lightweight tamp.  I would suggest on upgrading the tamp if you are using the single wall, non pressurized, baskets.

The unit did come with both pressurized and non pressurized baskets.

Mine arrived with,Filter Baskets, steam Milk Jug,Portafilter, and a plastic Tamper.
