• Im not sure if it is because when i.maje cucumber juice i put in the fredge and its fine for like 5 days.

• The natural enzymes and micro nutrients found in freshly extracted juice will dissipate whether it be a masticating or centrifugal type juicer within about 12 hours. We don't recommend storing juice for longer than a day or so.
