I just bought this and while using the air fryer making chicken wings on the right a lot of steam comes out and it fogs up the control panel. Is this normal? null

Yes, when cooking foods that have a lot of moisture in them, the Breville® BOV900 Smart Oven® Air will ventilate steam from around the door which can cause the control LCD screen to fog up.

No we have had ours for 2 months use it a lot. We have never had this problem. Sounds like a bad seal.

Some units, such as your have doors that are not properly sealed. It is normal, but not necessarily good, especially depending on where you put your unit. Breville said that is just the way it is.. We had a similar experience and returned ours.

It's normal when cooking foods with a lot of moisture and fat. Chicken wings are full of both.

Yes. You want that moisture to escape so that you will get a crisp crust.
