• Yes, you do not have to use the convection feature.

• On our Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro, we can select (a) No Convection, (b) Convection, or (c) Super Convection when baking. Our kitchen oven recently died and we have had great results with the Breville for everything from roasting a small turkey to baking pumpkin pie. It literally saved Thanksgiving.
