What prevents splatter at bottom of air fryer null

I find it very hard to avoid splatter, that is why I cover the entire bottom with heavy duty aluminum foil and change it periodically.

When air frying fatty foods (e.g. chicken wings), we recommend using the broiling rack (placed it the roasting pan), instea of the air fry basket to prevent oil dripping. Discard excess oil between batches.
